By accessing or using PersonaSoul ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by PersonaSoul ("we", "us", "our"), available at personasoul.com.
PersonaSoul provides a personality assessment questionnaire and generates AI-written personality reports based on your responses. The free portion includes your personality type result and a summary. The paid portion includes a comprehensive AI-generated report.
Your personality report is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude). While we strive for accuracy and insight, AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, counselling, career advice, or medical diagnosis.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated content for any particular purpose. Use the insights at your own discretion.
The full personality report is available as a one-time purchase. The current price is displayed on the paywall screen before you pay. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Your personality report is a personalised digital product generated on demand. Because the report is created specifically for you at the moment of purchase using AI, it cannot be resold, returned, or re-used.
By checking the waiver checkbox before purchase, you acknowledge that:
No refunds will be issued once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at support@personasoul.com and we will resolve it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use PersonaSoul. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You retain ownership of any personal context text you provide during the questionnaire. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of generating your personality report. We do not use your content for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to generate your report (i.e., the text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API).
The PersonaSoul website, branding, design, and underlying code are owned by PersonaSoul. Your generated report is yours to keep, download, print, and share. You may not resell reports or use the PersonaSoul brand for commercial purposes.
Personality assessments are inherently approximate. Your results reflect your self-reported responses on the day you took the test. They may change over time and across contexts. PersonaSoul is a tool for self-reflection, not a definitive psychological evaluation.
We aim to keep PersonaSoul available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaSoul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email.
